Bergamot essential oil has an uplifting aroma which has been known to be beneficial for people who are tense and anxious. It brings mental clarity and provide positive feelings against depression and low self esteem. It has powerful healing effects, relieving urinary tract infections and inflammations, and is excellent at treating skin conditions such as oily skin, acne, psoriasis and eczema.

- There are very few precautions with the use of natural essential oil.
- Avoid during pregnancy.
- Not to be taken.
- Do not apply directly to skin.
- Keep out if reach of children.
Directions and storage:
- Massage: 4 drops to 10 ml carrier oil
- Bath: 5 drops in full drawn bath
- Vaporizer: 9-10 drops in a bowl of vaporizer
Store below 30˚C.
